All students who will be attending Kathy L. Batterman Elementary School must register with our school office.

If your child has been attending another Clark County School District school, you will need to provide the following:

For proof of address, you must bring one of the following:

• Recent utility bill
• Rent receipt
• Residence lease or sales contract
• Withdraw form from previous school

Note: If you only have a sales contract for the purchase of a new home as proof of address, the school will enroll your child on the condition that one additional proof of address from the above list is submitted within 30 days. Telephone bills or cable bills are NOT acceptable. If you are living with a friend or relative, you must bring:

• Online Registration needs to reflect shared housing if you do not have proof of address in your name. After completing OLR please contact CCSD Shared Housing with the required documents. CCSD Shared Housing department at 702-799-8630 OR visit the website at LINK.
• One proof of the owner/renter address;
• A form of your personal identification (driver's license, picture I.D., etc). And the owners personal identification.

If you are new to the Clark County School District, you must also provide, in addition to those items listed above:

For proof of your child's identity, please bring ONE of the following (photocopies will not be accepted):

• Original birth certificate
• Passport
• Certified birth card (issued by the Clark County Health District or another health district)

For proof of immunizations, you must have records indicating that your child has had, or at least started, this series of immunizations:

• 5 DPT Shots *
• 4 Polio Shots *
• 2 MMR Shots
• 2 Hepatitis A Shots
• 3 Hepatitis B Shots
• 2 Chickenpox (Varicella) Shots or doctor's note with date of disease

* Note: One dose of DPT and polio must be on or after the child's fourth
